"I saw the podium and a Tour de France sign, and I told myself, 'This one is mine.' I just had to take it, no matter the price," said Magnus Cort about his perfectly timed sprint that earned him the stage win.
The American climber has GC ambitions and wants to win a stage. After the Tour's second rest day, he is keen to take on the Col du Granon in stage 11 and the legendary Alpe d'Huez the following day.
