Australian Lucas Hamilton secured his third WorldTour top-10 classification placing of the season, with eighth place overall at the Tour de Romandie, after a strong showing throughout the week including an impressive fourth place finish on the tough Queen stage.
With the final stage coming down to a race against the clock, it was a case of waiting for the final riders to finish to see how the general classification would shake out, with Geraint Thomas doing enough to take the overall title, while Hamilton held onto eighth overall.

Briton Simon Yates delivered Team BikeExchange the overall victory at Tour of the Alps, dominating the mountainous five-day race from start to finish, showing impressive form ahead of his main goal of the season this month, the Giro d’Italia, starting on the 8th.
The 28-year-old secured the overall title in style, by claiming the Queen stage victory on day two, followed by another strong performance on the penultimate stage to extend his race lead.

Consistency & close calls at the Ardennes |

Team BikeExchange enjoyed five top-ten finishes through the Ardennes Classics with Amanda Spratt and Michael Matthews both finding themselves so close to a podium placing at Amstel Gold Race.
Colombian climber Esteban Chaves raced consistently through the week with an eighth place and 14th place finish in La Flèche Wallonne and Liège-Bastogne-Liège respectively.

Brown braves it to take bronze at the iconic Ronde van Vlaanderen

Brugge-De Panne winner Grace Brown showed sheer grit and determination, riding herself onto the podium for a well-deserved third place at the iconic Ronde van Vlaanderen.
The 28-year-old displayed her top classics form, making it into an elite selection of eight riders as the race exploded over the top of the Oude Kwaremont, to deliver Team BikeExchange a podium finish, cementing her authority on the Belgian cobble Classics.
