Migliore degli #OrangeBlue al crono-prologo di ieri, oggi nella prima tappa in linea della corsa francese Eduard Grosu conquista un ottimo secondo posto di potenza e abilità in una volata molto tecnica e lunga. Inizia con un ottimo podio il cammino verso la vittoria degli #OrangeBlue. Nel week-end le ultime due tappe mentre in Italia il team sarà impegnato anche al Trofeo Laigueglia.

Pronti, partenza, podio.
Inizia così la stagione di Eduard Grosu che dopo essere stato il migliore degli #OrangeBlue nel crono-prologo (29° complessivo) ha chiuso al 2° posto la prima tappa in linea della sua stagione al Tour la Provence. Una tappa di 184km che si è chiusa con un finale per ruote veloci e abili nel “guidare” la bicicletta con curve da affrontare in velocità.
Vince il classe 92 francese Christophe Laporte del team Cofidis, secondo sul traguardo è il suo coetaneo #OrangeBlue Eduard Grosu che conquista un ottimo podio al termine della lunga volata.
Il velocista rumeno in forza al team NIPPO Vini Fantini Europa Ovini sin dalla nascita del progetto Italo-Giapponese, ha voglia di raccogliere i frutti del duro lavoro svolto durante l’inverno: “Ringrazio tutti i miei compagni che oggi hanno corso per farmi arrivare nelle migliori condizioni a giocarmi il finale. I Cofidis sono stati bravi a gestire le ultime curve, ma io ero lì, sento un’ottima condizione e gamba e so di essermi allenato molto bene durante l’inverno. Per questo il podio odierno è il mio punto di partenza che mi spinge a continuare su questa strada. Domenica c’è un altro arrivo che mi si addice ci riproveremo.”
Domani la tappa con il dislivello maggiore della competizione, mentre domenica appunto l’altra tappa destinata alle ruote veloci del team.

The best among #OrangeBlue in the time trial of yesterday, today second on the finish line. Eduard Grosu have a very good start of the season with power and ability in a long sprint. His season starts with a good podium. This week-end the last two stages of the French competition and also the Trofeo Laigueglia in Italy for the others #OrangeBlue riders.

The Tour La Provence of Eduard Grosu starts with a podium. After a good time trial in the prologue, Eduard Grosu reached the 2nd place in the first stage of the Tour. A stage of 184 km concluded with a final for sprinters able to “drive the bike” very well with a not so large road and important bends.
The winner is the French rider Christophe Laporte of Team Cofidis, 2nd place for Eduard Grosu the Rumanian sprinter of the NIPPO Vini Fantini Europa Ovini team at the end of a long sprint.
The #OrangeBlue sprinter is strongly determined to reach good results after the hard training of this winter period. “I want to thanks my teammates that during all the stage worked for me giving me the chance to arrive in the best condition to play the final. The Cofidis riders have done very well the last bends and they won, but I know that I have been training very well during this winter period. For this reason this podium is my starting point of the season that push me to continue to train in this way. But first of all on Sunday there is another good stage for sprinters and we work for this goal.”
