Nils Eekhoff sprints to sublime victory at Ronde van Overijssel

After their stage win at Tour de Bretagne earlier this week, Development Team Sunweb started Ronde van Overijssel with ambitions of securing another top result, by once again bringing in-form Nils Eekhoff into prime position for the finish. Intense racing all afternoon saw a strong break get clear and Eekhoff would make the split. Attacks flew in the closing kilometres, where Eekhoff was one of the main protagonists, coming to the line in a group of three and sprinting to a sublime victory.
