Team Sunweb make it 1-3 at Paris Tours with Casper Pedersen and Joris Nieuwenhuis

Team Sunweb's superb winning run continued today at Paris-Tours, with Casper Pedersen storming to victory after winning a two-up sprint in the race finale, and Joris Nieuwenhuis rounding out the podium in third.

Over the dirt roads and hills, Team Sunweb played the race perfectly at Paris-Tours today. Pedersen strongly followed a stinging attack from Cosnefroy and the duo forged on to form what would be the race winning attack. With Joris Nieuwenhuis acting as an anchor in the chasing group, Pedersen showed his sprint legs with an incredibly powerful kick to seize the day and secure yet another win for Team Sunweb in 2020. Nieuwenhuis' podium place complimented their great tactics, giving the team even more reason to celebrate.
