GREEN PROJECT - BARDIANI - CSF - FAIZANÈ: PRIMO MINI-RADUNO 2023 DAL 24 AL 25 OTTOBRE PRESSO LA TENUTA IL CICALINO.

Si è chiusa domenica 16 ottobre la stagione 2022 con la Veneto Classic. Prima dello stacco stagionale, tutto il roster 2023 si ritroverà per pianificare la nuova stagione. Presente lo staff medico del dottor Maurizio Vicini.

Appuntamento per lunedì 24 ottobre presso la Tenuta Il Cicalino di Massa Marittima, dove il roster 2023 al gran completo si ritroverà per una prima pianificazione stagionale. In questo mini-raduno non saranno previste uscite ed allenamenti, bensì una prima importante fase di riunioni, alimentazione, test atletici e prove materiali, tutti aspetti fondamentali per pianificare al meglio la nuova stagione, prima dello stacco vero e proprio.

A supportare i direttori sportivi (Roberto Reverberi, Mirko Rossato, Alessandro Donati e Luca Amoriello), ci saranno i membri dello staff del dottor Maurizio Vicini. Non mancheranno importanti riunioni, con un focus particolare sul controllo del peso e della composizione corporea, verrà inoltre creato un sistema per monitorare la condizione di forma degli atleti durante l'anno e verranno preparati piani nutrizionali personalizzati per ciascun corridore. 

Saranno presenti i partner tecnici per alcune prove materiali. Gaerne presenterà le nuove scarpe da corsa riviste appositamente per il prossimo anno. Sarà presente anche Selle SMP per la consegna delle selle ai nuovi corridori. Verrà inoltre provato il nuovo abbigliamento da riposo fornito da Clique. Grande attesa per la prossima settimana, quando verrà svelato il nuovo partner tecnico per quanto riguarda le bici da corsa.

Il successivo appuntamento sarà quindi fissato per il mese di dicembre 2022 presso Fisiocortiana, a Schio, per tutte le visite medico-sportive di inizio stagione.

GREEN PROJECT - BARDIANI - CSF - FAIZANÈ: IT IS ALREADY TIME FOR THE FIRST MEETING LOOKING FORWARD TO THE 2023 SEASON.

The 2022 season ended this Sunday, October 16, but for Green Project - Bardiani - CSF - Faizanè is already time to plan for the future. Before the seasonal break, the 2023 roster will meet to schedule the new season at "Tenuta il Cicalino". The medical staff of Dr. Maurizio Vicini will be there.

Appointment for Monday, October 24 at the "Tenuta il Cicalino" in Massa Marittima, where the 2023 roster will meet for a first season planning. In this retreat, there will be no exits and training sessions, but rather a crucial first phase of meetings, nutrition, athletic testing, and material testing, all fundamental aspects to better plan the new season, before the break.

Supporting the sports directors (Roberto Reverberi, Mirko Rossato, Alessandro Donati, and Luca Amoriello) will be members of Dr. Maurizio Vicini's staff. There will be many important meetings, focusing on weight and body composition monitoring; a system will also be created to monitor the athletes' fitness condition throughout the year and prepare individual nutritional plans for each rider.

Technical partners will be present for some material testing. Gaerne will present new race shoes for next year. Selle SMP will also be there to deliver saddles to new riders. The new rest clothing provided by Clique will also be tested.
Next week will reveal the technical partner of the racing bikes.

The next appointment will be set for December 2022 at Fisiocortiana, in Schio, for all the early-season sports medical examinations.
