RCS Sport, Italian sports event company, made an announcement about wild cards for their races on 18th of January.  It’s the second time when Gazprom – RusVelo received the invitation to the Italian grand tour Giro d’Italia. Last year the team showed solid results and fans loved it for a great breakaways and beautiful victory by Alexander Foliforov on the 15th stage.

Italian grand tour Giro D'Italia is one of the most important races on the racing calendar. This race is one of the «grand tours». The most famous riders in history among the winners of this three week event. Giro D'italia in 2017 will be very special, because it’s 100th anniversary edition. RCS Sport created unique route and the list of participans will be strongest in many years.
 
Milano - San Remo is one of five «monuments» – the most important one-day races. The first edition of the race was held in 1907. Nowadays Milano - San Remo is the longest one-day race of the season, with almost 300 kilometeres to ride. Sprinters or riders who attack on legendary Cipressa and Poggio climbs have a chance to win it. Milano - San Remo is one of the most important and the most beautiful race of the first part of the season.
