BARDIANI CSF FAIZANÈ: LA SELEZIONE PER LA CORSA DEI DUE MARI.

Conclusa la Strade Bianche per il team è già tempo di dirigersi alla partenza della Tirreno-Adriatico, al via da questo lunedì 7 marzo da Lido di Camaiore. 7 gli atleti selezionati dai DS Roberto Reverberi e Alessandro Donati. Al via della corsa dei due mari ci saranno entrambi i leader di esperienza del team, Giovanni Visconti e Sacha Modolo.

Dal 7 al 13 marzo la Bardiani CSF Faizanè sarà al via della Tirreno-Adriatico.Seconda gara a tappe di livello World Tour per il team in questa stagione, ma dal valore speciale, sulle strade italiane. La Bardiani CSF Faizanè sarà al via con una formazione allestita sia per puntare ai finali di tappa, che per essere pronta ad animare la corsa con attacchi da lontano. 

I DS Roberto Reverberi e Alessandro Donati hanno scelto di affidarsi all’esperienza di Giovanni Visconti e Sacha Modolo, che con diverse caratteristiche potranno guidare i loro compagni più giovani nelle varie fasi di gara. Con loro Filippo Fiorelli, altro atleta dallo spunto veloce adatto anche a percorsi più mossi, e Alessandro Tonelli, uomo squadra e specialista delle fughe. Completano la formazione Davide Gabburo, lo scalatore Jonathan Canaveral e il neo-professionista Luca Rastelli che dopo l’esperienza allo UAE Tour, potrà già affrontare la sua seconda corsa a tappe tra i professionisti.

Queste le parole di Roberto Reverberi, in vista della corsa dei due mari: “Come sempre essere al via di una delle corse italiane più prestigiose del calendario è per noi un grande stimolo. Le 7 tappe lasceranno davvero spazio a corridori dalle più svariate caratteristiche. Ci sarà spazio per gli uomini veloci, ma anche per finisseur, oltre che ovviamente per gli scalatori nella tappa regina. Il percorso che in alcune tappe non lascia un attimo di respiro e sopratutto il ritmo con cui verranno affrontate richiederanno sempre il massimo sforzo e attenzione in ogni fase di gara. La nostra formazione è stata allestita per provare a essere protagonisti sia nei finali di tappa con la velocità di Sacha Modolo e Filippo Fiorelli, ma anche per animare la corsa con azioni da lontano.”

BARDIANI CSF FAIZANÈ: THE OFFICIAL LINE-UP FOR TIRRENO-ADRIATICO.

Just finished the Strade Bianche for the team it is already time to head to the start of the Tirreno-Adriatico, starting this Monday March the 7th in Lido di Camaiore. 7 riders selected by Sports Directors Roberto Reverberi and Alessandro Donati. At the start of the race there will be both experienced leaders of the team, Giovanni Visconti and Sacha Modolo.

From 7 to 13 March the Bardiani CSF Faizanè will be at the start of the Tirreno-Adriatico. Second World Tour stage race for the team this season, but with a special value, on Italian roads. Bardiani CSF Faizanè will be at the start with a line-up set up both to aim for the stage finals and to be ready to animate the race with attacks from afar.

DS Roberto Reverberi and Alessandro Donati have chosen to rely on the experience of Giovanni Visconti and Sacha Modolo, who with different characteristics will be able to guide their younger teammates in the various stages of the race. With them Filippo Fiorelli, another athlete with a fast start also suitable for more choppy routes, and Alessandro Tonelli, team man and escape specialist. The line-up is completed by Davide Gabburo, climber Jonathan Canaveral and neo-professional Luca Rastelli who, after his experience at the UAE Tour, will already be able to tackle his second stage race among the professionals.

These are the words of Roberto Reverberi, in view of the race of the two seas: “As always, being at the start of one of the most prestigious Italian races on the calendar is a great stimulus for us. The 7 stages will really leave room for riders with the most varied characteristics. There will be room for fast riders, but also for finisseurs, as well as obviously for climbers in the queen stage. The path that in some stages does not leave a moment of respite and above all the pace at which they will be tackled will always require the utmost effort and attention in every phase of the race. Our line-up was set up to try to be protagonists both in the stage finals with the speed of Sacha Modolo and Filippo Fiorelli, but also to animate the race with actions from afar. "
