BARDIANI CSF FAIZANÈ: GIULIO PELLIZZARI È LA NUOVA MAGLIA A POIS DEL GIRO CICLISTICO DELLA VALLE D’AOSTA

Altra corsa all’attacco per il giovanissimo atleta classe 2003 della Bardiani CSF Faizanè che chiude 5° di tappa ed è il nuovo leader della classifica dei GPM. Domani sarà al via con la maglia a pois di leader degli scalatori. 

Giulio Pellizzari è il nuovo leader degli scalatori del Giro Ciclistico della Valle d’Aosta, una delle più prestigiose competizioni mondiali riservate agli atleti Under23. Il 18enne marchigiano, al suo primo anno con la Bardiani CSF Faizanè e tra i più giovani atleti al via è stato ancora una volta protagonista all’attacco nella tappa odierna, dove ha conquistato i 4 GPM di giornata prima di chiudere in quinta posizione sul traguardo di Aosta.

Top5 di tappa e nuova leadership nella classifica degli scalatori che gli permetterà di essere al via della quarta tappa con la prestigiosa maglia a pois. Per Giulio Pellizzari ulteriore salto in avanti anche in classifica generale e nella classifica di miglior giovane nella quale già questa mattina era nelle prime 5 posizioni e miglior italiano in graduatoria. 

Queste le parole di Giulio Pellizzari: “Sono molto felice di questa maglia conquistata oggi, anche se so che qui ci sono i migliori scalatori del mondo e non sarà facile mantenerla. Al Giro d’Italia U23 non ero riuscito a prenderla per un solo punto in una tappa a Lenny Martinez, oggi ci sono riuscito conquistando i 4 GPM di giornata. Al Giro U23 ero partito pur non stando benissimo ed è stata dura, qui ho una condizione migliore, non ancora per stare con i primissimi della generale, ma per giocarmela per le tappe e perché no per una maglia prestigiosa come questa che indosserò domani. Ringrazio il team, dai DS ai massaggiatori che ci danno supporto con ottime indicazioni e tanti rifornimenti fondamentali con questo caldo per superare le lunghe salite. Vorrei infine “dedicare” questa maglia e questo traguardo ad un ragazzo del mio paese, Camerino, che è venuto a mancare un mese fa. Questa maglia è per lui e per tutta Camerino."

BARDIANI CSF FAIZANÈ:  GIULIO PELLIZZARI IS THE NEW KOM LEADER OF THE GIRO CICLISTICO DELLA VALLE D’AOSTA.

Another attacking race for the very young rider, born in 2003, of Bardiani CSF Faizanè who closes 5th in today stage and he is the new leader of the KOM classification. Tomorrow he will be at the start with the special jersey of the leader of climbers.

Giulio Pellizzari is the new leader of the climbers of the Giro Ciclistico della Valle d’Aosta, one of the most prestigious world competitions reserved to Under23 riders. The 18-year-old from Marche, in his first year with Bardiani CSF Faizanè and among the youngest riders at the start, was once again the protagonist of the attack in today's stage, where he won the 4 GPM of the day before finishing in fifth position on the finish-line of Aosta.

Top5 in the stage and new leadership in the climbers ranking that will allow him to be at the start of the fourth stage with the prestigious special jersey. For Giulio Pellizzari another leap forward also in the general classification and in the ranking of best young riders in which he was already in the top 5 this morning and best Italian in the ranking.

These are the words of Giulio Pellizzari: “I am very happy with this jersey won today, even though I know that here are the best climbers in the world and it will not be easy to keep it. In the Giro d’Italia U23 I was unable to catch this jersey, but I went really close in one stage, just one point behind Lenny Martinez. Today I managed to win the 4 GPM of the day, reaching this special jersey. In the U23 Giro I was to the start even though I wasn't feeling very well and it was tough, here I have a better condition, not yet to be with the very first of the general classification, but fine enough to fight for the stage victory and why not for a prestigious jersey like this one that I will wear tomorrow. Thanks to the team, from the Sports Directors, to the masseurs who give us support with excellent indications and lots of essential feed and drink zones in this heat to overcome the long climbs."
