BARDIANI CSF FAIZANÈ: FILIPPO ZANA È CAMPIONE ITALIANO

Filippo Zana corona una splendida gara di squadra, con gli atleti della Bardiani CSF Faizanè sempre protagonisti in ogni attacco a infuocare la gara ancor più del caldo estivo pugliese. Filippo Zana è il nuovo campione italiano, con un successo inseguito da tutto il team.

Una data che resterà impressa nella memoria di Filippo Zana e di tutta la Bardiani CSF Faizanè. L’erede tricolore del grande Sonny Colbrelli è un altro atleta lanciato dalla Bardiani CSF Faizanè nel professionismo, lasciandolo crescere e maturare, con progressive responsabilità fino al grande successo odierno. 

Filippo Zana: “Un successo incredibile che neanche mi aspettavo questa mattina con il caldo, così come non mi aspettavo di vincere lo sprint, ma invece sono riuscito nell’impresa e ne sono davvero emozionato e felice per la squadra oltre che per me. Abbiamo corso tutto il giorno con il coltello tra i denti, presenti in ogni azione, vogliosi di vincere o quanto meno di provarci essendo presenti a turno in ogni azione. Io sono andato via all’attacco a 50 km dal termine e mi sentivo bene. Ho preso la volata a ruota di Rota che è partito ai 300 metri e sono riuscito a batterlo nello sprint, finora più importante della mia carriera. Questo successo lo dedico al team che mi ha lanciato e poi sostenuto, alla mia  famiglia, alla mia ragazza, al mio manager, al preparatore e a tutti quelli che mi hanno sostenuto anche in periodi non semplici quando la gamba non girava come avrei voluto. Un’ultima richiesta ad Alè Cycling. Lo scorso anno con Sonny Colbrelli hanno fatto una maglia splendida, mi aspetto che la mia sia altrettanto bella, portare per tutto l’anno il tricolore addosso sarà un’emozione che ancora non riesco appieno ad immaginarmi.”

237 km corsi all’attacco dalla Bardiani CSF Faizanè protagonista prima all’attacco con Martinelli, Marcellusi e Tarozzi nella prima azione di giornata. Quando il gruppo si riavvicina, partono al contrattacco alcuni atleti che rientrano sulla fuga, tra loro Samuele Zoccarato e Filippo Zana che imbroccano l’azione giusta per rientrare sui fuggitivi. 

Rimangono quindi all’attacco in cinque, tra loro Filippo Zana, molti i tentativi alle loro spalle, tra questi Filippo Baroncini, tallonato da Filippo Fiorelli che è pronto a giocarsi lo sprint in caso di rientro sui fuggitivi.

Filippo Zana crowns a splendid team work, with the Bardiani CSF Faizanè riders always protagonists in every attack to heat the race even more than the sun of this hot summer. Filippo Zana is the new Italian champion, with a success chased by the whole team.

A date that will remain etched in the memory of Filippo Zana and of all Bardiani CSF Faizanè. The tricolor heir to the great Sonny Colbrelli is another rider launched by Bardiani CSF Faizanè in professionalism, letting him grow and mature, with progressive responsibilities up to today's great success.

Filippo Zana: "An incredible success that I didn't even expect this morning in the heat, just as I didn't expect to win the sprint, but instead I succeeded in the feat and I'm really excited and happy for the team as well as for me. We ride all day with the right attitude, we were present in every action, aiming to win or at least to try being present in every action. I left the attack with 50 km from the end and I felt good. I took the sprint with Rota who started at 300 meters and I managed to beat him in the sprint, so far the most important of my career. I dedicate this success to the team that launched and then supported me, my family, my girlfriend, my manager, the trainer and all those who supported me even in difficult times when the leg didn't turn as I wanted. One last request to Alè Cycling. Last year they made a splendid shirt with Sonny Colbrelli, I expect mine to be just as beautiful, wearing the tricolor all year will be an emotion that I still can't fully imagine."

237 km rode in attack by Bardiani CSF Faizan is the protagonist first in the attack with Martinelli, Marcellusi and Tarozzi in the first action of the day. When the group gets closer, some athletes who come back on the escape start to counterattack, among them Samuele Zoccarato and Filippo Zana who take the right action to get back on the fugitives.

Five of them remain in the attack, among them Filippo Zana, many attempts behind them, including Filippo Baroncini, closely followed by Filippo Fiorelli who is ready to fight for the sprint in case of re-entry on the fugitives.
