A Sunday of great cycling with the Classica de Almeria. The Bardiani CSF Faizanè will be at the start together with 10 World Tour teams and many Professional teams. 7 riders in the line-up, with Visconti and Battaglin among them.

The #GreenTeam, led by DS Mirko Rossato on the teamcar, will field 7 riders at the start. Experienced leadership with Giovanni Visconti and Enrico Battaglin, supported by five young Italian riders. Umberto Marengo and Filippo Fiorelli the fastest in case of a final sprint, Filippo Zana, Samuele Zoccarato and Daniel Savini ready instead to catch any opportunities during the race in progress and to support their teammates.

Mirko Rossato will be the Sports Director on the team car: “The race will initially be tough, but then more suitable for sprinters. In the event of wind, which is very likely in this area, there may be a wider selection and we will still have to pay attention to the various race situations to take advantage of every opportunity that may arise before the final sprint. The real goal, having many new riders this year, is to upgrade the team feeling during races in order to learn how to race perfectly as a team, looking forward to the top moments of this season.”
