BARDIANI CSF FAIZANÈ: ANDREA GAROSIO ANCORA ALL’ATTACCO, RAFFORZA LA LEADERSHIP NELLA CLASSIFICA GPM AL TOUR OF SLOVAKIA.
Andrea Garosio si conferma leader della classifica degli scalatori al Tour of Slovakia. Nella seconda tappa in linea altra corsa d’attacco per l’atleta della Bardiani CSF Faizanè che conquista altri preziosi punti nella speciale classifica e conserva la maglia a pois di miglior scalatore.
Seconda frazione del Tour de Slovakie, 180 km da percorrere con diversi dislivelli da affrontare e preziosi punti in palio per la classifica dei GPM. Andrea Garosio riesce nuovamente a inserirsi nell’attacco di giornata, conquistando così i punti necessari a conservare le leadership nella speciale classifica e affronterà così la terza tappa indossando nuovamente la maglia a pois di miglior scalatore.
Ai piedi dell’ultima salita il gruppo ritorna compatto e lanciato verso lo sprint finale. Una caduta all’ultima curva nelle primissime posizioni coinvolge quasi tutti i principali velocisti tagliando fuori dai giochi anche Giovanni Lonardi. Vittoria a Jannik Staimle, davanti a Peter Sagan. 15° posto per Mirco Maestri.

BARDIANI CSF FAIZANÈ: ANDREA GAROSIO AGAIN IN THE BREAKAWAY CONFIRMS HIS LEADERSHIP IN THE KOM RANKING.
Andrea Garosio confirms himself as leader of the climbers classification at the Tour of Slovakia. In the second stage he his good to be again in the breakaway winning other precious points in the special classification and keeps the special jersey of best climber.
Second stage of the Tour de Slovakie, 180 km to cover with different gradients to tackle and precious points to be won for the GPM ranking. Andrea Garosio is once again able to enter the attack of the day, thus gaining the necessary points to maintain the leadership in the special classification and will thus face the third stage wearing the special jersey of best climber again.
At the foot of the last climb the group returns compact and launched towards the final sprint. A crash at the last corner in the very first positions involves almost all the main sprinters, also cutting out Giovanni Lonardi from the final battle for the victory. Success to Jannik Staimle, ahead of Peter Sagan. 15th place for Mirco Maestri.
