On the podium with Carboni are Natnael Tesfatsion (Drone Hopper) and Paul Double (Mg K Vis) while Filippo Zana (Bardiani) finished in fourth position, thus maintaining the leader of the general classification.

CURIOSITY: THE DISH OF THE DAY - Today in the hospitality area of Brisighella, thanks to the work of the Agrichefs of Coldiretti Ravenna, pasta with ragù of “more” was served. A simple traditional recipe with a strong and pleasant taste that enhances the typical local products. It is in fact made using 100% Italian wheat and ragù from Romagna, made with the black pig breeds that are raised in the upper Apennines. The dish of the day was accompanied by Piadina Romagnola PGI, from the Piadina Romagnola Consortium, Prosciutto di Mora Romagnola, Coldiretti Ravenna, Prosciutto di Parma Dop, Piacenza cured meats Dop, Zia from Ferrara, Squacquerone Dop and mortadella from Bologna. These specialties were joined by the presentation and tasting of the Brisighella oil and the typical Emilian wines of Coldiretti in Ravenna.

TOMORROW’S STAGE - From Fano (Pu) to Sirolo: the first of the two Marche stages of the AIR 2022 will be spectacular as well as unpredictable. The fourth section, 160 km long, starting from Fano - the city of the children and the luck – will end insidiously after crossing, one after the other, some attractions of the Marche Region such as Jesi, Recanati, Loreto and Numana.  In the first part of the stage, the passage through Filottrano will be rich in emotions, in memory of the unforgettable Michele Scarponi.

The last kilometers
The final will take place entirely along the roads of the splendid Riviera del Conero with a challenging ring, characterized by the ascent of the Poggio, to be repeated twice. Six kilometers of climb with maximum peaks of 17% will be tackled just five kilometers to the finish.
