WEEK END TRICOLORE PER IL TRINX FACTORY TEAM SABATO A VAL CASIES LE SFIDE PER I TITOLI ITALIANI

 22 luglio 2022 - Il count-down tricolore è iniziato. Dopo gli antipasti dello short track e dell’eliminator, che hanno regalato al Trinx Factory Team i primi due titoli nazionali della stagione, sabato gli atleti di Luca Bramati saranno attesi in Val Casies per i campionati italiani cross country. Un appuntamento tra i più attesi dell’anno, anche se cade forse in un momento poco fortunato per Eva Lechner e compagni (nella foto di Alessio Pederiva, il team al completo).

«Eva, Gioele Bertolini e l’Under 23 Noemi
Plankensteiner hanno praticamente perso una settimana di allenamento a causa di un attacco febbrile che li ha colpiti appena rientrati dal ritiro di Livigno», spiega il direttore sportivo Luca Bramati. «Ora stanno bene e siamo già contenti di poterli schierare al via; purtroppo hanno perso la possibilità di trasformare la mole di lavoro fatta durante il training camp».

L’avvicinamento al campionato italiano era iniziato per il Trinx Factory Team a fine giugno, dopo l’ultima prova degli Internazionali d’Italia Series. Gli ultimi due fine settimana di Coppa del Mondo a Lenzerheide e Andora sarebbero stati fondamentali per rifinire la condizione; impegni a cui però la squadra ha dovuto rinunciare.

«Al tricolore ci teniamo tutti, e tanto. Eva Lechner ha un legame speciale con questi colori, che ha vestito più di 30 volte; Gioele ha un conto in sospeso con la gara tricolore di mtb e Noemi avrebbe voluto far bene qui, dove ha vinto nelle categorie giovanili il tricolore dell’eliminator. Insomma, a prescindere dalla condizione ce la metteremo tutta. Ed è questo ciò che conta».

Al via ci saranno anche l’Elite Giorgia Marchet, gli Under 23 Filippo Agostinacchio e Andrea Colombo e gli junior Valentina Corvi e Fabio Bassignana, che non hanno contratto il virus influenzale. Ma i malanni di stagione non sono l’unica incognita del weekend tricolore.

«A Val Casies potrebbe piovere, una condizione in cui non abbiamo mai corso quest’anno. Il tracciato, già tecnico di suo, potrebbe diventare ancora più selettivo e premiare chi per primo troverà la sensibilità di guida necessaria per domare le radici».

TRINX FACTORY TEAM READY FOR ITALIAN CHAMPIONSHIP SCHEDULED ON SATURDAY IN VAL CASIES

July 22nd, 2022 - The Italian championship count-down has begun. After the short track and eliminator races, which gave the Trinx Factory Team two national titles, on Saturday the athletes headed by Luca Bramati will be expected in Val Casies (BZ) for the Italian cross country championships. One of the pivotal appointments of the year, even if it may come at an unlucky moment for Eva Lechner and her teammates (in Alessio Pederiva photo’s).

«Eva, Gioele Bertolini and Noemi
Plankensteiner practically lost a week of training due to a fever attack that hit them as soon as they returned from training camp in Livigno», explains sports director Luca Bramati. «Now they are fine and we are already happy to be able to put them in our line-up; unfortunately they have lost the chance to reach a good leg speed after the training camp».

The Trinx Factory Team run-in towards Italian Championship already started at the end of June, after the Internazionali d’Italia Series last round. The last two weekends with the World Cup races in Lenzerheide and Andora should have been crucial to reach the best shape; but in these two appointments the squad couldn’t race.

«The Italian championship are important for us. Eva Lechner has a special bond with these colors, which she has dressed more than 30 times; Gioele has an unfinished business with this race and Noemi would have liked to do her best because in Val Casies she won the Italian title in xce among the under 17s. In short, we don’t care about our shape; we will do our best».

At the start there will also be the Elite Giorgia Marchet, the Under 23s Filippo Agostinacchio and Andrea Colombo and the juniors Valentina Corvi and Fabio Bassignana, who have not contracted the flu virus. But the illness are not the only unknown factor of the Italian weekend.

«It could rain in Val Casies, a condition in which we have never raced this year. The track, already technical on its own, could become even more tough and reward those bikers able to flow over the roots».
