MANUEL BELLETTI LASCIA IL GIRO D'ITALIA

La Wilier – Triestina perde il suo velocista. Manuel Belletti ha infatti salutato il Giro d'Italia a causa di una infezione delle alte vie respiratorie esitata in una brutta tracheite.

Durante lo sforzo il corridore romagnolo ha accusato episodi di broncospasmo nelle ultime due tappe che lo avevano costretto nel primo caso anche ad accertamenti medici aggiuntivi.

Viste le prossime tappe di montagna lo staff medico ha preferito non rischiare per non compromettere ulteriormente lo stato di salute del corridore.

Wilier – Triestina loses his sprinter. Manuel Belletti had to quit the Giro d'Italia due to an infection of the upper respiratory tract ended in a bronchitis.

During the effort the romagnolo rider he had episodes of bronchospasm in the last two stages that forced him to more medical examinations after the first time.

The medical staff took the decision in order to don't prejudice the state of health of the rider as we're gonna face some hard mountain stages in the following days.
