GIRO D'ITALIA: LA NOSTRA SELEZIONE 

I DS Luca Scinto e Luca Amoriello hanno ufficializzato la selezione della Wilier Triestina - Selle Italia per il 100° Giro d'Italia, l'ottavo per questo gruppo sportivo

FILIPPO POZZATO - Al settimo Giro d'Italia, il #Maestro sarà il leader di questo giovane gruppo. Nelle sei edizioni precedenti è stato capace di vincere una tappa sfiorando il bis l'anno scorso a Cassano D'Adda.

JAKUB MARECZKO - Il nostro velocista di punta ha dimostrato al Tour de Bretagne di aver recuperato bene dopo la caduta in Belgio alla Tre Giorni di La Panne. A soli 23 anni ha totalizzato 28 vittorie in carriera di cui tre in questa stagione.

MATTEO BUSATO - Terza esperienza rosa per il corridore veneto che nel 2015 andò vicino alla vittoria in quel di Forlì. Tanti i piazzamenti di rilievo in questa stagione per una condizione che è cresciuta corsa dopo corsa.

JULEN AMEZQUETA - Il corridore di Estela ritorna al Giro d'Italia dopo essersi messo in luce in diverse azioni da lontano nell'edizione passata. Scalatore coraggioso, quest'anno ha macinato 260 km in fuga alla Milano - Sanremo.

DANIEL FELIPE MARTINEZ - Classe '96, nonostante sia il più giovane dei nostri corridori partecipa alla Corsa Rosa per la seconda edizione di fila. Ha finito il Tour of the Alps in crescendo.

CRISTIAN RODRIGUEZ - Un altro giovanissimo, classe '95. Il 4° posto al Giro dell'Appennino è la conferma delle sue doti in salita, un talento in rampa di lancio.

ILIA KOSHEVOY - Scalatore con esperienza nel World Tour, il bielorusso proverà a dire la sua nelle tappe più dure come già fece alla Vuelta a Espana del 2015 quando sfiorò un successo sull'arrivo in salita di La Alpujarra.

EUGERT ZHUPA - Terza presenza di fila alla Corsa Rosa per il Campione Nazionale d'Albania che al recente Tour de Bretagne ha conquistato un 2° posto nella penultima tappa. Lo troveremo spesso in fuga.

GIUSEPPE FONZI - La sua generosità e il suo senso d'appartenenza alla squadra gli hanno permesso di essere selezionato per il suo primo Giro d'Italia. Nel 2016 è stato protagonista al Tour of Taihu Lake terminato al 4° posto.
 

GIRO D'ITALIA: OUR LINE UP
 
The Sports Directors Luca Scinto and Luca Amoriello have announced the official line up of the team Wilier Triestina - Selle Italia for the 100th edition of the Giro d'Italia, the 9th for this sport's group.

FILIPPO POZZATO - 7th Giro d'Italia for the #Maestro that is gonna be the leader of this young team. He won a stage in 2010 and he went really close to the double in the last edition in the stage of Cassano d'Adda.

JAKUB MARECZKO - Our sprinter has recently shown a great condition at the Tour of Bretagne where he came back after the injury occurred in the last stage of the Three Days of De Panne. 28 wins in career, 3 in this season and still looking for more.

MATTEO BUSATO - Third Giro d'Italia for the veneto rider that in 2015, year of his debut, finished in 2nd place the stage of Forlì. Many good placings in this season for a rider whose condition has improved race after race.

JULEN AMEZQUETA - The rider from Estela returns to the Giro d'Italia after a positive debut full of attacks. Brave climber, in this season he was on the spotlight at Milano - Sanremo where he was in a breakaway for more than 260 kms.

DANIEL FELIPE MARTINEZ - Born in 1996, the colombian climber is at his 2nd Giro d'Italia despite his young age. In the last month he was one of the protagonists at the Tour of the Alps.

CRISTIAN RODRIGUEZ - Another young rider, born in 1995. The 4th place at the Giro dell'Appennino says it all about his climbing qualities and about his improvements

ILIA KOSHEVOY - Belarussian climber with experience in a World Tour team, he will try to repeat good performances like the one in the 7th stage of Vuelta a Espana where he arrived in 2nd place on the uphill finish of La Alpujarra

EUGERT ZHUPA - Third Giro in a row for the National Champion of Albania that achieved a 2nd place at Le Tour of Bretagne of the last week. We are gonna see him often in the breakaways.

GIUSEPPE FONZI - Team spirit and generosity pushed the Sport Directors to bring him for the first time at the Giro d'Italia. In 2016 he was 4th in the general classification of the Tour of Taihu Lake
