GIORGIA MARCHET CONVOCATA IN NAZIONALE PER I CAMPIONATI EUROPEI DI MONACO DI BAVIERA
9 agosto 2022 - Dopo la vittoria sui sentieri di casa della tappa del Veneto Cup a Maras di Sospirolo di domenica scorsa, un’altra bella notizia rallegra la settimana di Giorgia Marchet.
L’atleta bellunese del Trinx Factory Team (nella foto di Treviso Mtb sul traguardo di Maras di Sospirolo) è stata selezionata dal ct Mirko Celestino per partecipare ai campionati europei di mtb che si svolgeranno dall’11 al 21 agosto a Monaco di Baviera.
Nel dettaglio, le prove del cross country si disputeranno venerdì 19 (quella maschile) e sabato 20 (quella femminile), con start alle ore 12:00.
Per Giorgia quella in Germania non sarà la prima rassegna continentale del 2022, visto che tra il 30 giugno e l’1 luglio ad Anadia la biker di Feltre aveva vinto ad Anadia la medaglia d’argento sia nello short track che nel team relay.
Inoltre gli Europei non saranno l’ultimo appuntamento con la casacca della nazionale per Giorgia Marchet, che sarà al via anche ai campionati del mondo, in programma a Les Gets dal 24 al 28 agosto. Con lei ci saranno anche gli junior Fabio Bassignana e Valentina Corvi e gli Under 23 Noemi Plankensteiner e Filippo Agostinacchio.

GIORGIA MARCHET CALLED UP FOR EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP IN MUNICH
August 9th, 2022 - After the victory on the home tracks in Maras di Sospirolo (a Veneto Cup stage), another good news cheers Giorgia Marchet's week.
The Trinx Factory Team athlete from Belluno (in the photo of Treviso Mtb at the finish line in Maras di Sospirolo) was selected by Mirko Celestino to participate in the European MTB Championships which will take place from 11 to 21 August in Munich.
The cross country races will be held on Friday 19th (the men's one) and Saturday 20 (the women's one), with start at 12:00.
For Giorgia, the one in Germany will not be the first continental event of 2022: the biker from Feltre has already participated in the Under 23 European Championships in Anadia, winning the silver medal in the short track and in the team relay.
Furthermore, the European Championships will not be the last event with the national team jersey for Giorgia Marchet, who will also be at the start of the world championships, scheduled in Les Gets (France) from 24 to 28 August. With her there will also be the juniors Fabio Bassignana e Valentina Corvi and Under23s Noemi Plankensteiner and Filippo Agostinacchio.
