Following yesterday's commanding sprint victory, Lorena Wiebes and Team DSM stamped their authority on the Women's Tour with a second win in two days on stage 5. Another controlled display from the team culminated in a well executed finish setting up Wiebes for the final fast run to the line in Clacton.
Having helped set the pace during the stage, the team turned their attention to preparing the sprint with the break brought back into the fold inside the final 15 kilometres. Putting pre-stage planning and well-drilled cohesion to work, the team delivered on another impressive victory at this race whilst keeping Juliette Labous in second overall heading into tomorrow's final day of racing. After her victory, Wiebes also takes the lead in the Points Classification.
